Well-Being In Law Week (May 1st – 5th)

May is mental health awareness month and the first full week of May is Well-Being Week in Law (WWIL). Virginia Judges and Lawyers Assistance Program (VJLAP) understands the legal profession can be stressful and demanding and that mental health concerns are all too common among legal professionals. Virginia Judges and Lawyers Assistance Program is excited to share and repost some of the materials the Institute for Well-Being in Law has prepared for WWIL on VJLAP’s FaceBook Page @ virginiajlap the first week of May. Wellness activities and events like the ones the Institute for Well-Being in Law is offering may be useful. Please know VJLAP is always available to help and support all legal professionals and family members that may be experiencing mental health and substance use issues.
