The Virginia Judges and Lawyers Assistance Program is pleased to welcome our newest members of the Board of Directors, Hon. Jayne Pemberton, Hon. C. Kailani Memmer, Jeffrey Hanna, Wendy Inge, and Jennifer Ligon.
