The Roanoke Wellness Group meets the fourth Thursday of the month from 4:30PM – 5:30PM in person at the Gentry Locke office, located on the 9^th floor of the Truist building in downtown Roanoke, (10 Franklin Road S.E., Suite 900, Roanoke, VA 24011). The Wellness Group is a free and confidential discussion group for members of the legal community to find support and connection with their peers. There is no set agenda session, but sample discussion topics include depression, general anxiety, stress and burnout, family issues, imposter syndrome, work/life balance, alcoholism and substance abuse.
