The various wellness initiatives reports have found that working in the legal profession has many benefits and an equal number of risks. One major risk is burnout. While the culture supporting wellness continues to grow throughout the Commonwealth, specific efforts to prevent burnout will look different for every member of the legal profession. The American Bar Association’s National Task Force on Lawyer Well-Being has compiled various ways to develop and maintain healthy well-being in a healthy work environment in anticipation of Lawyer Wellness Week in May.
