Sign up now to build upon your wellness routine while enjoying some friendly competition with your friends and colleagues!
The Virginia Bar Association (VBA) is hosting their Fourth Annual Lawyer Wellness Challenge from March 6-15th, 2023. This is a friendly step competition amongst colleagues to promote healthy habits within the legal profession. While created for those in the legal profession, the challenge is open to ANYONE interested in improving his or her emotional, intellectual, occupational, physical, social, or spiritual wellness.

This FREE MCLE reviews the basic ethical duties of attorneys, the impact impairment may have on professional competence and compliance with the ethic responsibilities, symptoms of impairment, ways to prevent and intervene early when impairment is suspected, and how legal ethics, VJLAP, VLWI serve to elevate the profession through wellness. The presentation also reviews the impact of and consequences from impairment on practice when unaddressed.
